It was first developed, by Dr Eric Goodman to improve posture, change the patterns of movement and put back pain in the past. Through a series of different poses, movements and postures, Foundation Training teaches you to take the weight of supporting your body off your joints and into your muscles where it should be.
The Kennington Osteopathic Practice, based in Kennington, Oxford, is proud to add Foundation Training to its evening classes, with the aid of Anthony Richardson, who is one of the two qualified foundation training instructor in the whole of the UK. The Kennington Osteopathic Practice is ideally situated two miles south of the Oxford city centre itself, and is four miles north of Abingdon. The practice offers free car parking, disabled access, and is located on main bus routes between Abingdon, Oxford and Radley.
