Kennington Osteopathic Practice provides weekly Pilates classes to the Oxford and Abingdon area. Our Abingdon practice offers a wide range of Pilates classes such as Matures beginners, mixed ability, beginners and intermediate levels. Pilates is great for low back pain, increasing flexibility, core strength and is also a great for total body relaxation. The practice offers morning and evening classes to suit everybody’s needs, please find details below on classes available.
Morning Pilates Classes
Our Abingdon based morning Pilates classes are taught by Gemma Pearce. As well as working at the practice, Gemma is also a freelance dance and Pilates instructor who teaches classes covering Oxfordshire. Gemma is a classically trained Pilates instructor and is loved for her enjoy and ‘feel good’ spirit. We currently offer the following morning Pilates classes:
I discovered the practice following an injury to my back and shoulders. Sophie is confident, competent and made me feel totally at ease. She will only treat to the point where you can effectively self-manage (something she is particularly good at teaching you to do) but is always a email away should you need further treatment.
