When you provide your personal details to 'KOP' either online or in the clinic, 'KOP' retains your personal data for 5 years, unless it's requested to be withdrawn. The data stored maybe used for the purposes outlined below.
Which personal data will we process?
When you complete the 'request Sophie's free health report' form on the 'KOP' website, Sophie collects your name, address, DOB, phone number & e-mail address.
When you attend a morning Pilates class, Osteopathy session, massage or relaxation therapy session, your details will also be collected and safely stored.
Why will we process the personal data?
When you complete the online form, Sophie will process your personal data for the purpose of contacting you, in accordance with your request and for marketing purposes.
When you attend clinic Sophie will store your personal records for use to help diagnosis and manage your health and presenting ailment. Your information maybe used to liaise with another practitioner on your request.

'KOP' will keep your Personal Data for up to 5 years. If you have not attended clinic in 5 years then your data will be destroyed.
