CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate. If you need to amend your appointment please contact Sophie and she will try and meet your requirements where possible.

All appointments booked online require a credit or debit card to secure the booking. Your card will only be charged in terms of the cancellation policy or at the practice to pay for your appointment.

All bank transferred are required to be paid 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cash is accepted at the practice, you will just be required need to secure with a card online.
